NOTIFICATIONS
Another feature that has been implemented in the new app is our notification system. You now have the option to enable notifications in case your chip (along with your item) is not delivered within the expected timeframe. To enable this feature, simply click on your chip and then the bell icon located on the right side. You can turn on notifications and select a specific date and time within the gray box.
Additionally, you can set up alternative notification solutions such as SMS or email by clicking the "Other notification settings" button and choosing your preferred option.
OVERVIEW
Every movement of your chips is now meticulously logged. With our new app, you'll have access to a comprehensive record of when and where your chip was picked up or delivered, complete with date and time details. This feature enables you to easily track the movements of your designated chips. The best part is that you can conveniently use and deliver the chip at any location offering "Over the counter" service with a terminal.
LANGUAGE
We have expanded our language options in the app, and you can now choose Danish and German in addition to English and Norwegian. However, please be aware that our customer support is currently available only in English or Norwegian.
MULTIPLE SYSTEMS
With the merger of Easypick and Sharebox, there is a need for clarification. If you have an Easypick-chip, the pick-up code should be shared as the primary information. For users of our Sharebox solution, the access code-link is the key information to share. It's important to note that an Easypick-chip is not compatible with the self-service Sharebox system, and vice versa. While you can use both solutions independently, they currently do not have integration with each other.
